Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Each piece is processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

How long does delivery take?

We ship globally. Estimated times:

- USA & Canada: 7–15 business days

- International: 10–20 business days

Delivery may vary slightly based on your location and customs processing.

Where’s my tracking number?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email your tracking link. Didn’t get it within 6 business days? Reach out to us at info@valunea.com — we’ll make it right.

Do you offer express shipping?

Not yet. To keep our operations streamlined and pricing accessible, we currently offer standard shipping only. Stay tuned as we grow!

Why did I only receive part of my order?

To ensure faster delivery, your items may ship separately. If one item arrives first, the rest is on its way.

Orders & Payment

When is my card charged?

Your payment method is authorized at checkout but only charged once your order is confirmed for fulfillment.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We allow cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be processing and changes aren’t guaranteed. Email info@valunea.com ASAP and we’ll do our best.

Can I remove Shipping Protection or other add-ons after purchase?

Currently, Shipping Protection (if added) cannot be removed post-purchase. It's optional at checkout and safeguards your order against loss or damage.

Gifting & Packaging

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

Not yet. As a growing brand, we’re keeping things simple—but all pieces arrive thoughtfully packaged and ready to wear or gift.

Will my order include a receipt or pricing info?

Nope! We never include printed receipts in packages, so it’s safe to ship directly as a gift.

Can I remove Shipping Protection or other add-ons after purchase?

Returns & Issues

What if my jewelry arrives damaged or something’s wrong?

Not yet. As a growing brand, we’re keeping things simple—but all pieces arrive thoughtfully packaged and ready to wear or gift.Email info@valunea.com within 7 days of delivery with:

-Your order number
- A short description
- Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll send a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns for most non-personal items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are:

- Unworn

- In original packaging

- Not earrings, sale items, or personalized pieces (due to hygiene & custom policies)

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item was defective.

EU Customers – What about my cooling-off period?

If your order ships to the EU, you’re entitled to a 14-day return window under EU law. Email us to initiate your return.

Jewelry Care & Materials

Will my jewelry tarnish?

Valunéa pieces are crafted with care but all jewelry is susceptible to wear over time. Avoid water, perfume, and chemicals. Store in a dry place, and wipe clean with a soft cloth after wear.

Do you include a polishing cloth or care kit?

Not at this time, but we recommend keeping a soft microfiber cloth on hand for regular maintenance.
